we enjoyed the clean and well maintained pool, outdoor jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, gym and spa facilities

the wifi was really bad

facilities and staff were amazing, the room was beautiful, breakfast excellent and bar staff very attentive and friendly

parking on site with no extra cost

the girls behind the bar were please and attentive

wasn't much for he kids to do (as far as i could see) but since that wasn't the purpose of our visit it wasn't a huge

kids running the halls all night and a drunk man banging the door for almost 2 hours

steak sandwich at bar was brilliant

and hotel manager mo is an absolute gentleman makes me and my kids feel very welcome

love the pool and pool area

they renovated the gym and is fabulous,same like swimming pool and great spa and jacuzzi

an amazing hotel for kids with a fab kids club and family pool

of the hotel's control, but some diners at breakfast were rather loud and intrusive

are comfortable and modern and the facilities for children like the kids club and swimming pool also the coffee shop on site is a great plus

hotel was very busy - ended up having room service as the bar and clubhouse were busy and the restaurant was fully booked

we stayed before in sept and it was comfortable for one night without the kids

pool was open to public , not ideal for a 5 star hotel , sauna was packed and kids jumping around the pool

we went to pool and it was sooo noisey with screaming kids

peaceful and so much history - fascinating to see the old stoves still retained in the bar area

not being golfers, we didn t go for a round of golf, would it be a perfect place for those wishing to do so

bed was super comfy. hotel very accommodating as we needed an early check in and late check out

the hotel is close to the castle and the city centre, has internal parking and large rooms.

south bar should be open as much as the palmer as there is limited casual dining monday to wednesday if

the restaurant is still open in late evening and it is of good quality. parking facilities.

friendly helpful staff. great food and an excellent breakfast with lots of choice.
