staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very tasty and quick

unable to gain access so had to return to bar to get any assistance - turns out its 4 newly erected shepherds huts overlooking the car park -

the poor barmaid came and rubbed the floor with a flat mop with a cleaning bottle attached to it which was

access on and off the bus was easy,the bar maid on arrival was very kind and helpful

were given three keys… but that of the bar was missing… sadly… could have made good use of

spoke to in hotel had the same complaint, consider the the cost and clientele they attract, not kids, we will definitely go to padstow or salcome i’m future as these hotels are right in centre

we chose to stay in one of the hotels villas as we had our two older kids and our dog with us

view from the villa was wonderful, lovely kitchen and comfortable living space with a great view

the views and gardens around the hotel also outdoor pool and indoor everything was nice

choice of background music in the bar area which was not in keeping with this elegant hotel.

parking was a bit of a nightmare, building works going on which i wasn t aware of before

hard to fault it but if pushed a lack of parking.
