hot breakfast was terrible

booked online for a room with a spa bath, and there wasn’t even any spa bath

the laundry facility was not working and our kids had to have uniforms washed for the next morning

the spa pool was a bonus

breakfast was fabulous and over the top quality and selection

purposefully stayed at this hotel because it said in the website that there was an airport shuttle

no hot breakfast due to covid

i made the reservation via booking but when i called the hotel, they told me that the airport shuttle service stopped running at 9 pm
