arrived late and was offered a stay because of a previous cancellation at another hotel

great location. it was a whole apartment, so loved the big living area and kitchen.

our only regret was that there was no pool for the children, but that is minor, given the hotel's close proximity to all of nanaimo's

specially the ladies who were managing the breakfast room on sunday and monday did an amazing job
