good access to fleming beach with hotel shuttle. clear water and nice waves.

i called the hotel a couple of days prior to my arrival to check if they have shuttle service to/from the hotel and i was advised that they do not have shuttle service at all

spa was a phenomenal experience as it is small and private with all the special amenities

the guest concierge took great care of us as did the spa staff. overall great experience

so let me tell you, they have a stage, right next to tiki bar in courtyard, which serves your basic food, just cheeseburgers, etc

absolutely everything was amazing except for the fact that one, room service was discontinued and there wasn't a way to reheat any food in our room

the pool bar drinks were insanely priced

housekeeping, room service and hotel areas closed to private events impacting guest services

the pool area was so much fun and the stars were all super friendly and helpful

their warm aloha with their cordial greetings and helpful assistance, including providing suv or golf cart transport offered for people like me who can t walk long distance without assistance

extra large and comfortable with two full large bathrooms and on main floor right footsteps from pool

was excellent except that the spa was off limits past a certain time and the pool was too cold at that time of night

they do not have sand chairs for the beach- you have to rent them even though the pool has many many chairs all around

so perfect for our family & kids, never bored!

so if you have a preference to stay in the serenity pool where no kids are allowed and the views are amazing, you will probably have to wait to get a lounge chair
