it's a lovely old pub with an atmospheric bar and great draught beer, located in a pretty village

it was dog friendly and had lots of space for dogs it also had a grassed area and small park for kids

i wasn’t particularly bothered by the noise in the evening, firstly because i’ve small kids and noise is my everyday; secondly because i can sleep with noise

very accommodating when i asked to be moved from the room above the bar as i had a very early start the following morning

also dogs allowed it was perfect stay - price was really good as well for 2 adults and 2 kids snd dog loved this

going,johnathan was a fabulous host /landlord for sorting out a taxi company also welcoming at breakfast nothing was too much trouble

i also expect for a host in such a place to find a solution a specially with a family with young kids which can will anyway have dinner early and quickly

charm as an old pub/inn, tv options are good with netflix an amazon prime which helped with the kids
