wish the place had a pool, but besides that all was well

everything, nice place to stay very clean with full amenities incluing laundry in every suite

our room had 3 bedrooms and a big living space, kitchen, pull out sofa bed, 2 bathrooms

kitchen was more equipped than i thought it would be - a great surprise

it was also very useful to have our own laundry

also a great bar next door

wish the front room was utilized for grab and go meals and a bar in the evening just to top off an already amazing place, but that’s only if i had to write

the owners and staff were very friendly and were very accommodating to give us an early check in

the pool and hot tub is our favorite

the kitchen is fantastic! also the laundry machine in the room is very convenient.

gym facility was lacking. no restaurant on site, only a small cafe/shop.

the suites are always clean and cozy, and it’s so nice that there is a pool and hot tub to enjoy as well

be a walking distance to groceries, short trails, gyms, town the restaurant- grande kitchen and bar - superb food

room is fully equipped:all tools in the kitchen, washing machine, dryer, flat tv, everything

would have liked access to a pool for the children

, everything i needed was there , ( kitchen ready to sit and have my lunch , the pod to make my laundry and the liquid soap i could use as bubblebath in my bath ect

kitchen was amazing with lots of room for everyone

there was no water for the coffee. no attendant at the kitchen

there is a train track right next to the window and room has poor noice insulation room service was close to none, waited two days just to have garbage removed and for fresh towels

i wish they had a pool or some spa area, which they are in the process of getting.

nice staff, restaurant and bar was a very nice convenience and i used the hot tub extensively

we were fortunate in getting a spot near our room away from the bar entrance which we were told can get loud

we didn't mind the slight music from the bar downstairs, but we were the furthest room so i could understand why others might complain about

the attached bar has excellent food, service, live music , big screen tvs and even monday karaoke

myself out of room after reception hours but helpful bar staff were able to assist me in getting back into room

hotel had some good facilities, the little arcade, the laundry room (although a only one washing machine was working) and the location to the town centre

convenient by having a sofa bed for extra sleeping space, i love it i have 4 kids and alway is an issue with the sleeping
