we were very pleased with the choices of breakfast that the hotel offered

clean, location, pool view, and friendly/ helpful staff (especially cody- maintenance mgr)

were nice and friendly, hotel room and lobby very clean,comfortable bed,well equipped,hot breakfast fruits and more

the breakfast was very nice. enjoyed items that where offered.

hostess at the breakfast bar was extremely pleasant she deserves a raise!!!

connect to wifi on our second day, staff tried to help but had to give us a number to call because they

wifi was very good

limited parking - i took the last spot available

the heater did not work correctly and i think i truck driver lived in the parking lot.

when you first turn into their parking, you think 'what have i done'

was no parking anywhere close to our room

had great coffee, juice pancakes for breakfast

laundry room the doors on the washer and dryer the door swings should be changed to better transfer

the laundry equipment was very good

unfortunately, we had a short trip and could not enjoy the amenities - ie pool, gym etc.

was very pleasant and welcoming, then he was back to welcome us the very next morning making sure breakfast was running smoothly

kids loved it just to stay and rest while passing through by car beautiful resort for the $

we asked for early check in and we were accomidated there it was very nice to be able to get to our room as soon

we think you need to do better with food choices room service was ok

signed up for social club and got complimentary lunch buffet for adults

we got the shuttle to the casino which was fabulous

only thing is we did have to wait both ways for the shuttle to take us to and from the casino

pool & jacuzzi was nice. the complimentary continental breakfast was good too.
