staff, pool, breakfast and local places to eat after a long trip

the pool area was clean and the breakfast area was also very clean

breakfast was very nice

a little pricey, but they do give you a bag breakfast and coffee/tea 24 hrs

clean, well appointed room. very helpful staff. delicious breakfast.

was just your basic hotel but it was clean and check out was 12:00 i liked the late check out time

breakfast is all cold, but it's still worth the price we paid

breakfast was pretty simple in a paper bag, which you could take to-go or eat in your room —

right off the highway, 15min from holiday valley and a nice casino just down the street

pool & jacuzzi was nice. the complimentary continental breakfast was good too.

staff was friendly and continental breakfast was better than most

clean, handy to the highway, gas station and fast food, even handy to a large casino!

are a little different because of the hotels problem having enough help - no daily room service

the pool time/kids cutoff early

room service was delicous and pool was great for the kids

we used their free parking garage which is connected to the hotel and found it to be convenient we were very satisfied

a bit overpriced for a casino.

didn't get a chance to use pool or fitness room but other guests, especially children, seemed to enjoy themselves

bath tub was kind of gross and this is the 2nd time this year that we have been there and the pool is

sadly, we were not able to take advantage of all that was offered, such as the indoor pool, and the fitness center

we drive an ev, so having ev charging was a reason we selected to stay here.

pool was perfect température and clean

pool was freezing but that didn't stop my granddaughter.

unfortunately, we had a short trip and could not enjoy the amenities - ie pool, gym etc.

breakfast was a really nice little breakfast we will definitely be staying here again

beautifully wood carved on the inside, very unique, exceptionally friendly staff, really great breakfast cooked for us in the morning
