on site laundry

i asked if they had a laundry area and the young lady at the front desk spoke to me as if i was a vagrant

laundry took a long time to complete

was advertised as having a pool and exercise room but both were closed due to covid

i'm a tea drinker, and the hot water for breakfast tea and oatmeal needs to be hotter

there were bags of soiled laundry everywhere

no place to put your wet towel, so even if you would like to save some laundry for the hotel you can't

it would have been nice to have in-house laundry services.

there are no laundry services or breakfast included

picked this hotel for laundry service for i was traveling for 7 days

very nice hotel. friendly staff and great guest laundry with numerous machines.

swimming pool area was great and the breakfast; opportunity to bbq, do laundry

and although i didn't use it, the laundry facility onsite was a definite peace of mind

my only complaint was a guest leaving their laundry in the washer for a long time
