best of both worlds with free parking

there was a large inflatable pool with slide for the kids to compensate & the seating areas were nice but did

gym was nice but not very clean

the gym was the best we've ever seen at any hotel

no breakfast and the bar was closed

comfortable beds, decent size rooms and a full bar in the lobby (with great prices)

pool was undergoing construction and maintenance.

only thing i could complain about and its a minor thing was the heated pool was not so much heated but cool

the cleanliness of the hotel and the market street bar & hotel employee aree great!!!

included a free dinner and drinks during the week & free laundry

pool maintenance was very helpful got me a lounge chair to use in yard cause pool was closed

room was fantastic overlooking the harbour. breakfast is basic but nice for a snack

only thing that could be improved in my opinion is the wifi connection, it did not work that well

of available food options could benefit from signage and/or info in rooms regarding meals/food, shuttle service

perhaps a central location per floor for laundry would be better

would suggest that a laundry area be added to every floor instead of just 1 located on the 2nd floor

even though it took them a while to get a room ready they gave us a late check out the following day ( additional

we didn't use the pool, but it needed to be cleaned. lots of buildup in the corners and bottom.

the only thing i didn’t like was my room was beside the guest laundry and someone started washing clothes

free laundry facilities with detergent on site, ice machine, our second time staying here

they said to put dirty towels in the laundry bag and put them outside the door, then you will get new ones
