view out of our room the inverary looked into the boilers, bins and dirty laundry trolleys

only negative was wifi was extremely weak to non existent in our room, with poor movile reception

plenty of car parking

the kids did not like to leave the next morning......

nice country location, very castle like with grand interior, nice bar and restraunt and grounds

so peaceful and plenty of lovely walks and adventures exploring for the kids

breakfast was brilliant. fantastic location, a real gem. will be booking again

nonetheless, we arrived to find plentiful parking, and were happy with everything; the place looked very nice

i found the wifi flaky.

loved the comfy beds, ample free parking, fantastic breakfast with perfect haggis and friendly

stains but later told rust marks from laundry provider on bed sheets

evening meal and breakfast as good and better then many other hotels i have stayed at

very nicely decorated with the gorgeous fireplace in the lobby and the harris tweed sofas in the lounge

the menu offers plenty of choice and we always get room service

highly recommend the woodland house hotel as it is in a peaceful location with plenty of free parking

nice to have good hot water but drawback was it's scalding hot - bit unsafe for some people or kids

a corby grouse press and ironing board in the room; a good size and wonderfully comfy bed and the pool (14m)

were woken at 9:15 on the saturday morning despite it being a 2 night stay for room service and then again early

location is perfect, and lots of free parking which is a bonus

also i ordered coffee and orange juice with my room service breakfast, but got tea and lemons

hotel accommodated our early check in allowing us to head off and enjoy a wedding

it is an attractive property with car parking, and serves food with tables to eat in or outdoors

also - lots of laundry bags in the area on the approach to the bar- the area looked messy

the only thing that was good very disappointing unclean rooms that require updating the bar was a laundry keep

the buffet breakfast was excellent and had a good choice for all tastes and the main thing i already miss

had everything i needed, perhaps due to covid restrictions the bar wasn't open late but seeing as i was travelling

the breakfast was lovely too

hot water, a comfortable walk to town, was able to do laundry there, the housekeeper was very sweet

wifi had a choice of 3 networks, worked fantastic

(but my room was absolutely fine with good bed, shower, tv, kitchen area

parking space available, spacious rooms and we had all we needed

nowhere to sit! no chairs. no kitchen facilities. the premises look very unfinished.

no guest laundry facilities, a takeaway service was available, but not on weekends.

wouldn't book that room again as the daily laundry delivery was so noisy outside window it woke us
