wifi not functioning

was very comfy but kids was on sofa and it was broke had to take mattresses of it and let them sleep on floor

great as its so close to town, breakfast was good although the last morning had to repeatedly ask for toast,

weren't able to have the breakfast as we had to leave early

they did are laundry

steak i ordered for room service was huge, i couldn't finish it

staff was amazing, we had to check out at 5 am, and would have missed their breakfast buffet, so they offered

and this continues for a while with different kids approaching me

the website failed to mention that because of you know what, they didn t have a laundry service

pricey, no in-house laundry/suit pressing, weather (not entirely knightsbrook fault!)

they put on a kids club for 5 a night from 6-9pm which my daughter thoroughly enjoyed

there is little to no phone signal/wifi signal in the hotel

breakfast was good but not the best we had in 3 weeks

check-in was very efficient and breakfast was delicious

the bar was lovely and ccosy and the foid was excellent.

breakfast was great, the bar is fantastic and warm, next time i hope to stay in the inn

the restaurant is still open in late evening and it is of good quality. parking facilities.

kids playing outside the corridor done my head in but kids are kids they love playing they weren't

we arrived to the time we left , the staff were excellent, very welcoming and made time with our kids , one such

first room they put me in had no wifi at all, the next room that they moved me to had bad beds and smelled like

my partners 60th and we arranged for family to have a meal there but we ended up eating in the bar and the food

a fridge in the family room would be good travelling with small kids.

hotel & golf is a beautiful hotel set in stunning grounds

everything, it was a beautiful room in some stunning surroundings with great breakfast

our room was nice and spacious

golfers love this area as headford golf club up the road

food in bar very very poor, pizza, kids nuggets chips, brownie sticky toffee pudding, very very poor quality

liked the location, the breakfast, the staff were accomodating and the bar was cozy

had no robes in room, asked for them , delivered in a plastic bag with laundry bar code on them

not ideal on a couple night away from kids

the food and drinks were great and the golf course in lovely condition

leisure facilities disappointing. quite basic and lots of kids in pool.

were constantly full of cleaning trollies, room supplies and various piles of clean and dirty laundry to be

the kids loved the pool, it's well maintained and spotless as well as supervised by very diligent staff

they renovated the gym and is fabulous,same like swimming pool and great spa and jacuzzi

wifi didn't work, it was non existent

only small fault we thought the south bar was in the hotel and the walk to spa was further than expected

ambiance, the spa, the golf, the restaurant, the bar

rooms ,locations/grounds ,atmosphere,cocktail bar exceeded expectations

free use of bicycles and transport to the golf club was also a big plus

more than one night, which is fine, in the current situation, i do think there should be an empty laundry bag

were great, leisure manager went universal and beyond and we had a great chat about hotels, gyms and university

lovely modern hotel rooms. great food and friendly staff. pool area lovely also

clean. friendly, spacious, good parking etc.

is very much a one off, but there was some work being done on or near the thermal spa and a pump or mechanical

service in the bar was very slow, but the restaurant was full, so i understand why.

rooms hot, kitchen was a bit dirty, washer broken with mouldy towels in them

kitchen didn't have paper towels or enough coffee and tea for the whole stay, but they did deliver

t informed that we had to ask for clean laundry as the hotels covid 19 policy of not cleaning the rooms daily

they also had great facilities for kids at christmas time and made sure my 4 year old niece was entertained

also wifi connection was provided, but in my room (204, 2nd floor) i had only one bar of range,

breakfast was delicious, and we also enjoyed a lovely lunch in the bar the cocktails were very tasty too

was a bit hit n miss for channels and wifi slow
