noisy room under laundry room, couldnt sleep banging heavy footsteps ,machines running,

the laundry room, the breakfast was good and staff was friendly also

there was even a free shuttle to the airport and anywhere within a 5mile radius

wifi was horrid, some of the staff treated us as if the wifi inconvenience was bc we had apple

the staff was friendly and having a shuttle available is an amazing touch-above and beyond.

kids running up and down hallways playing in elevators being very loud and unruly

it felt luxurious. the shuttle driver drive us to and from our restaurant for dinner.

the fireplace in that main room was amazing and the views from the hotel windows were breathtaking

our stay our wifi / cable was out which was an issue with trying to get kids to calm down and sleep

lack of staff, dirty laundry in hall, everything look dirty over all

location, friendly, helpful staff, excellent shuttle to/from airport, restaurant was very good alone and with

no room service either

salt and snow and dirt tracks in and was apparent on the carpets, floors and hallways- needs cleaning roof top

the hotel wasn t busy at all, but yet we were put next to a room with screaming kids

dish soap the original kind only in wash to whiten linen and or a scoop or two of oxi clean with laundry soap

right on the beach kids loved it

loved that they let kids in the hot tub, we loved that they offer free beach towels and beach chairs

we noticed that there was a coin operated laundry facility on the premises for guests, which was nice

king size bed was vibrating not sure if it was because furnace or because laundry room was

out we weren t setting the temperature dial correctly ud83eudd26ud83cudffb the guest laundry was very

we were also placed next to the laundry room and the washer/ dryer was loud and made the wall & bed vibrate

rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the pool area was well kept

hot tub and pool was a great way to cap off the night

i liked the location and that the pool was open.

pool was not clean! price was way too high fir a holiday inn!!!!!!!!

were by a bar so we could hear everyone walking by or talking all morning/night, and the hall light shined

bar restaurant on the main floor was sort of dated, the food just okay, but the bar near the top

on the day we left, our kids complained of their skin tingling/stinging
