was lumpy, there were white stains all over the pull out couch( we hid the pillows from our kids so that they

had trouble with our tv, and wifi would not connect

never knew when the bar was going to be open to the public.

i often would miss the turn to enter the parking lot

hotel bar was expensive for drinks including the bottle beers, two beers were more then a 12 pack at the

one free drink at the bar per person would have been nice otherwise the stay was perfect

about the pool and spa not open but once the remodeling is done it will be beautiful

property had two restaurants in the same parking lot so going to dinner was very easy

wifi issues banging noise shower felt and looked worn down

wifi and tv situation needs an upgrade. this didn t bother me bc i wanted to unplug.

hard like sleeping on the sidewalk pillows are no help flabby we stayed in room 139 absolutely no wifi none,

pool view, pool, pool bar, restaurant, convenience, close drive to beach & plenty of parking.

i liked how close the rooms were to the parking lot.

loved being able to have easy access to the parking lot and the rest of the hotel

the front desk staff was helpful and welcoming. the room was a good size and parking was ample.

the bar and lobby were very nice

this is not the hotels fault, but when we tried to bring our kids to the pool, another group had made a mess

we loved the heated pool and the breakfast was excellent.

very clean hotel room with sofa, kitchen and comfortable bed

the kitchen & rooms were obviously clean there was a dead bug medium/large size in one cabinet

the pool area was also dark

i like how it was a suite, kids got their own bedroom, plus pull out couch and dishwasher

and was told they only had pool towels, the following day i called for one towel and was told laundry wasn't

the indoor pool, laundry, game room, and breakfast were also good things to have too

no hot water laundry out of service work going on during day hours

had no bacon or bagels or kids cereal

seemed new with an excellent fitness center, pool and arcade

we enjoyed the pool, the mini golf and basketball court

i wish there was in-room service, i'm not sure if that was offered.
