good location.....good parking

got a king room (very small and tight) with a parking lot view

the staff was nice and there was ample parking.

smell in lobby, uneven roof top walk to my room, a lot of stairs to parking lot

very clean.. off street parking.. close to the beach.. quiet.. family friendly.. polite staff..

but they left water and seltzer in the room but i could not find a place to find ice in the kitchen

my kids got so scared and said mommy i want to go back home

hotel was easy to get to, accommodated early check in, restaurant conveniently located 3 min drive away, perfectly

this is not the hotels fault, but when we tried to bring our kids to the pool, another group had made a mess
