decided to get room service because of this

all surrounding pubs and restaurants had great wifi

the bar manager attitude in residence bar,late night in the night

brilliant breakfast plenty of parking, fantastic facilities

lack of a menu in the guinness bar for food/snacks during the day

breakfast amazing, spa facilities fabulous too like an art gallery inside

palace hotel is a stunning property the building, rooms, spa, and restaurant were all beautiful, and the

staff were exceptional, bed super comfy, spa and gym were fabulous, food amazing. 10/10 stay

on site bar does delicious food and the pub had a great atmosphere and has a great session on monday

did get a chance this time to use spa or pool as short visit

they lost my laundry, told me literally it s not their problem and probably i was wrong

arrived early, however reception informed us we could use pool etc

pool facilities great and breakfast was delish

so much to choose from, room was massive, very clean, loved the bathroom, food was fantastic, room service was

my friend who stayed there told me that his kids really enjoyed the pool

just a tiny comment, a non slip bath mat would be great for kids, we didn't have one in our room

we especially enjoyed the sauna, pool, and laundry facilities

it seems the main parking lot is also a loading dock and where all the dirty laundry is stored, which is a

plenty of parking

staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly dealing with a large group of adults and kids

then the entire hallway was lined with bags of bed linens awaiting laundry pick up

just out of town near a shopping centre your. normal big hotel great pool and gym connected

quite a few of the machines in the gym are tired, worn, rusty, bits missing or not working.

room was spacious and comfortable and as expected from a hotel of this nature

kids only allowed to swim from 9-7, i think 8/8

the room and the bed were really good and being able to get my laundry sent out was a huge help

staff were so friendly and professional from the reception to the bar and restaurant

in my opinion i would prefer room service for breakfast.

food in the bar is incredible alongside the great staff who gave the bar a great atmosphere and they make some

clean, great location minutes walk into the citycentre staff very friendly especially the breakfast staff in

emergency exits blocked by laundry trolleys, not good

had 3 incidnents (dirty room/bed linen, no laundry, and a water smelling chlorine)

there is no laundry service on weekends

hotels amenities were easy to see and take advantage of - i was not sure if there was a bar or laundry service

food in bar was fabulous and service was excellent

we loved the coffee bar and we appretiated the free laundry service

delighted to see the bar reserved for residents only so was able to get a comfortable seat with drink service

spa facilities were closed for maintenence the gym was ok but it was hard to find it early in the morning without

i rang reception and got it sent up, charged extra as it was 'room service' and they didn't send glasses up so

the concierge was particularly nice and friendly with the kids, but otherwise the staff were overly professional

when it was time to have a desert we were told it was too late and the kitchen was closed

used the pool both days was excellent and not too busy

time as the bar was in full swing and there were a number of families staying there with their kids further

this is a nice hotel, with a decent room, good wifi, nice breakfast and staff that are willing to sort out issues

there was no room service and the hotel felt dated.

just a couple of things to note is laundry facility and a room fridge isn t in the room

no onsite laundry

from the spa and pool to the restaurant and rooms

the pool was a great bonus clean and relaxing

maybe a small playground for the kids

would have been great if there was some self-service laundry service

dirty glasses, cutlery, and laundry lined the hallway outside our room on ground floor, looked like cleaners

they even did our laundry without charge and had it back in hours
