service was good but slow, not the servers' fault as she was also taking care of room service

extra for view, but it is mostly a view of the lcbo parking lot, and there was an lcbo strike and the parking

it came with a mini kitchenette, or at least a sink, microwave, mini fridge and some cupboards, it would be nice

the shower i could have used something like a bar or handle to hold onto

the suite booked was a kitchenette

large clean room. comfortable bed. great parking. quiet room.

had to change my room from king to queen and so they comped me breakfast and didn't charge me the pet fee of $

fireplace in room 214 a little noisy

toilet was way too low to the floor and no bar next to it

unsure if there was laundry facilities

over $200 a night the room should've been cleaner, still had garbage and someone else's laundry under the bed,

toilet rocked literally, no luggage trolleys to find but staff had one using for garbage and laundry removal

rooms large and beds very comfortable staff friendly, lobby inviting, ample parking

all rooms should have wifi.

the gym is a closet with a few weights, for example

wifi keeps cutting in and out

the wifi worked really well

the outside bar was dismantled

there was free wifi that worked better than most hotels

guest laundry room was a mess with overflowing garbage and prior guest laundry debris

gym out dated

good hot organic soap room off the back of the hotel was quiet the first night wifi lots of parking able to open

sometimes wifi slow

easy to find off the highway. ample parking and good-sized room.

competition weekend (also why we were there) and when i contacted the front desk because our kids were struggling

breakfast was not as fresh (muffins stale) but nice to have an option close

also, apparently every weekend the hotel hosts kids sports teams so lots of kids at the hotel

pool.

the king room was huge with so much extra room for us with a large fridge full kitchen supplies from plates

the laundry room was spotless and very functional

so very clean, and the kids love the pool. last, there is everything around like a 2 min drive

helpful staff, very clean and great gym

very noisy with kids running and screaming in hallways at weekends

appreciated the hot breakfast in the morning
