the rooms were clean, the laundry was changed and fresh ones put up

quiet and amazing views from my room (blue room 4), the pool here and from the pools and beach bar over at

would have appreciated a note in the room with key information eg: wifi password; phone numbers for front office

the kids play area was closed for maintenance.

stay was april l8th-10th 2017: the buffet breakfast that was a part of my package was great; so many choices

good range of restaurant and bar options, nice pool area, very spacious grounds, good staff

i waited 2 hour for room service

staff easily accommodated us with rides to our rooms on their golf carts

when we finally made it to the front desk to request clean towels, we were told the laundry room closes at 5

room was dirty, room service only would fix the bed but not actually provide new towels or change the sheets or

pool filter covers in the kiddie pool always come off and kids keep stepping in the holes

under the bar area and even around the kiddies pool was a bit dirty

they should have an age group for the piñata as most of the small kids didn't get a turn because the bigger

travelled on a 10 hour flight with 2 kids under 3

the full breakfast buffet was very good

breakfast was late

i wish the pool remained open later than 6pm

the bathrooms could use a bit of upgrading, the breakfast needs more options.

some days we had the pool to ourselves all day (i can see that to some people that would be a good point

the wifi did not work neither did the tv.

beach chairs and umbrellas are very unkept. i think a laundry facility would have been a plus.
