i felt safe, the private beach and the pool was beautiful

one thing that is not in good condition at all is the gym - if this is important to someone i would recommend

no gym & no laundry facilities on site

the kids pool was well kept and cleaned daily.

there was one particular staff that served dinner she was not very friendly nor patient as i had kids with me,

on rain-soaked days, parking lot was too far away, and it was difficult to travel by the regular golf carts

we tried to hit golf balls and the attendant had to go retrieve balls one by one to provide a basketful

they should have an age group for the piñata as most of the small kids didn't get a turn because the bigger

and why have a bar pool and every time we go it never have some one there , paid for this and didn't get to

beach chairs and umbrellas are very unkept. i think a laundry facility would have been a plus.

customer service, front desk were very helpful!, breakfast was amazing so we're the waitresses

there is a bar only by the beach which is open between 9 am until 5 pm only

when we finally made it to the front desk to request clean towels, we were told the laundry room closes at 5

i continue to appreciate the excellent staff, the variety in the breakfast and surrounded by rich and diverse

the pool is great and there is parking available which we were grateful for
