was very basic and was served in the bar next door, which belonged to the hotel, but was also public

service was very slow, order at the bar if you are in a hurry

we could barely not sleep at night as a bar across the street was extremely noisy

booked two bedrooms as we prefer not sharing with our kids (10,9)

the cafe/ bar of the hotel, comfort and if you re a motorcyclist, juan will allow to park your bike in his

friendly staff, easy access to the walls of avila. on site cafe / bar if required. super clean.

great location for exploring Avila, late check out time was helpful.

the gardens are delightful and the pool area is a hidden treasure edged by the wall of the city

i really enjoyed sitting next to the fireplace in the evening waiting for dinner
