all staff was very kind but: i asked for towels, laundry service, crib, help with a/c, and for all it took

the pool area in the adult section had lots of available chairs daily, so there was no stress to claim

the breakfast buffet was way spread out you could get bread in one area then you had to walk at least

even do the hotel has 8 restaurants, they decide it was a good idea to only open 1 for breakfast
