we arrived on a sunday early evening so the restaurant and bar was closed and no places to eat outside the hotel

so we asked if we can order the room service right now, she said yes

to join us for breakfast and were told no breakfast for hotel guests only also tea / coffee room service - not

allowed us early check in.

there was good parking & ev charger available for use

on weekends and there s no nearby place to have a quick dinner, which makes you need to use the room service

gym is not open for hotel guest, same as the pool, needs to be paid separately and kids are not

the room service pizza we ordered was 35 and it wasn't even the pizza toppings we ordered

reality: a 5 star would require assistance with luggage, a doorman and other facilities such as a gym or sauna

spa was not available and we did not get any compensation for not being able to use these

little things as the number of clothes hangers, the facilities of the kitchen could be better for a hotel of

we had problems with the wifi.

the speed of the wifi could be improved.
