they don't clean the room, and they don't make your bed there is no room service

pool is the best on offer on palm beach and has a water slide for kids

i liked that they had an adult's only pool and a family pool

property had everything you needed - pool, beach, cabanas, restaurants, spa, kids club, pool/beach chair food

was just perfect , i travelled with my little chihuahua and they were super pet friendly everywhere i went

i came by reception in the morning to ask if they can deliver my laundry to the room, the receptionist agreed

over priced, long waits at the counter and bar area. no on-site laundry.

but completely unorganized, constantly shifting from from desk, to waiter at the restaurant, to bar server
