there s a parking spot for the guests behind the hotel, it is easy to reach and there are wonderful beaches

hillside hotel was excellent, norman the owner was great and nick who ran the bar was excellent, they were so

staff were excellent, bar food and breakfast were very good.

on this occasion, i had an excellent evening meal, the bar was quiet, the hostess attentive, and the whole

staff at town house from management the servers to bar staff excellent service food was amazing too well done

the wifi signal in the bedroom was practically non-existant.

and welcoming, nothing was a problem for them, they kindly charged my phone up behind the bar a few times also

good choice of food on offer and cooked very well reasonable bar prices

however, it appeared to be a slight lack of communication as cleaning staff were unaware we had a late check

harbour, friendly helpful staff, a clean comfortable room with a sea view & coastal decor, good wifi access &

could not get the wifi to work in the room. i was forced to go to the bar to get wifi

booked on day i arrival due power outage at carnoustie golf and spa hotel,due storm

beds very small, two feet six, not a lot of parking spaces for 4 cars at a push

the rooms were spacious and comfy and the location was perfect for walking down to the golf links

arrival to room 218 a (deluxe suite) which was expensive, there was dirty laundry sitting on the floor when we

loved the gym, pool and the amazing views

staff were very friendly, room service was great! spa facilities were great

staff, great location, we had dinner & breakfast both of a high standard and at a reasonable price

laundry worker, who parked his lorry outside the hotel on friday morning was incredibly rude to me

were so helpful, we had called for an early check in a few weeks prior and when we arrived our room wasn t

breakfast was excellent and bar was great

helped us with early check in when they were super busy in bar

and noisy in the bar when we arrived after a long drive

2 nights before we had a 2 storey apartment around the corner, full kitchen/ laundry , lounge 2 bedrooms for

wifi wasn t working

the kitchen staff leslie cooked up an amazing breakfast

the balcony was a bonus, and we ate our breakfast on it looking at the lovely sea view

couldn't figure out the wifi.
