the room was clean and the pool(though cold) was super fun for the kids

really top notch, on par with 5 star hotel, from heated tile and towel racks to lovely rooms with fireplaces

the staff was wonderful! the spa was great!

rooms near the laundry area are noisy and house keeping occasionally disturb guest rest.

the fitness center did not suffice. i had to pay for a day-pass at a local gym

there was nothing to dislike. we couldn't eat breakfast but that was due to covid-19.

paid for a mountain view room, but it was more a parking lot/side of building

the exterior lighting on the drive, parking, and walkway are very poor making it different to get around outside

wifi dropped after 5 minutes and i couldn't re-connect to it

this might be a problem when travelling with kids

the madison room was large with casual seating for 4 people and a very efficient gas fireplace

aside for the wifi provided, there is no network service unless you use sprint so it is just perfect for us

great gym. nice large rooms. decent breakfast . quiet.

the location and the fact that there was a dunkin donutns right across in the parking lot.
