the room, pool and family loved outside seating room

miss the breakfast amenities and pool but understand the current recommendation

the room was clean and the pool(though cold) was super fun for the kids

really top notch, on par with 5 star hotel, from heated tile and towel racks to lovely rooms with fireplaces

the staff was wonderful! the spa was great!

rooms near the laundry area are noisy and house keeping occasionally disturb guest rest.

the fitness center did not suffice. i had to pay for a day-pass at a local gym

there was nothing to dislike. we couldn't eat breakfast but that was due to covid-19.

paid for a mountain view room, but it was more a parking lot/side of building

the exterior lighting on the drive, parking, and walkway are very poor making it different to get around outside

wifi dropped after 5 minutes and i couldn't re-connect to it

the madison room was large with casual seating for 4 people and a very efficient gas fireplace

aside for the wifi provided, there is no network service unless you use sprint so it is just perfect for us

breakfast and bed taking a shower ran out of hot water

they opened up the breakfast area for us in the evening so we could all gather together

clean, good location, indoor pool and a few pieces of gym equipment.

breakfast was horrible.

like they quit maintaining the facility - elevator, ice machine and laundry were out of service

parking was easy for a large moving truck and trailer, which was one of the reasons we stopped here

well maintained accommodations, free breakfast' free parking, and friendly/helpful staff.
