very quit even the pool was nice and enjoyable

for a family with kids, it would have been nice to know when booking

each floor has a laundry room, the hotel provided us with detergent at no cost

it would be a us if pet fee can get lowered fromm 100/pet/night since it didn't seem fair for my well behaved

lastly, the guest laundry room had no quarter machine and the washer and dryer take coin only

the tv did not allow use of our streaming firestick- first, the wifi too slow- perpetual buffering and the tv

an excellent shuttle service driven by polite and professional young men

took quite a while to check in and the pet fee of $125 was a surprise!

the hotel also offers a free shuttle to other places on the island

pool area very clean and great to relax

there were many guests traveling with pets

there s nothing to do if you don t play golf or tennis except to hang out by the pool and you re going

we would be upgraded to a very nice room-upon checkin we were put in a room that was above the laundry so

the laundry room caught on fire but the staff and emergency response done a great job

the staff was very nice and accommodating- especially the poolside bar staff and karen at the front desk

i really liked that they have two gyms, but the big gym is in an older area of the resort that could use a

great selection of restaurants. very relaxing and scenic. room service was quick and delicious.

cute & were even videoing them at the few times they were actually watching, but never asked the kids to tone

bartender both night was cold and glib

dirty laundry and trash in the hallway at all hours, elevator spills with wet floor signs on top of them

pool bar closed earlier than it should

would return any time as it holds fond memories for me and i would like to make new ones with my kids and someone

more food options - especially in the bar area. dining room was not open in the evenings.

concierge sherri was amazing and helpful. ben at the bar was awesome and friendly.

it is very walkable and they provide a shuttle for those not wanting to walk
