laundry on 3 rd floor

the pool wasn t clean and the breakfast was okay.

the breakfast was amazing

not much handicap parking

parking lot could use more/brighter lighting

laundry facilities were not functioning

such as a microwave in the rooms, clocks , places to hang wet towels, cleaner bags for laundry

there are no signs that the laundry room are on the fourth floor as well

no wifi

wifi was terrible

also i dont think they should allow trucks and trailers to take up 4 parking spots when the parking is limited

on of the best hotel gyms i've been to, and they had an amazing breakfast!

to use the laundry, the machines worked fine but it was not clean on the floor at all

my daughter was doing laundry and said she seen a housekeeper dump mop water in the pool

of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the indoor pool so the kids could swim, most indoor pools are heated

love the separation from the bedroom and living room and kitchen

breakfast selection was plentiful and the food was great

we asked for a bag for laundry and they had nothing available

thought the breakfast was complimentary, but we usually stay at the fairfield and theirs is complimentary

the facility itself is very well kept, you can do laundry for free which was nice, free daily coffee and the

the shuttle the hotel took us over to get our rental car without fuss

left with bites on me and my grand kids and we were only there a couple of hours but they are not refunding

only tub wasn t clean tissue dispenser hanging out the wall the pools were closed and the kids were looking

and breakfast food was cold and the people in there had kids running wild and noisy

the bed was very comfortable they had a gym in the facility

we were in town all weekend for a travel ball tournament so we need access to the laundry facilities to wash

room very clean. breakfast staff were nice and helpful.

when we pulled into the parking lot to check in, there was a woman dancing out in the parking lot listening to
