staff plenty of parking and the restaurant food was very goo

i had asked for a nice room with a view however when we arrived, we had a view of the noisiest kitchen extractor

individual hotel with lots of character, easy to find and plenty of free parking

staff, welcome and food (dinner and breakfast) were all exemplary

easy dish for clearly exceptional kitchen team, evening meal was

soon rectified by staff, presumably a laundry issue but no explanation or apology - poor response

thing was no problem to the staff room was very clean and a very big bed breakfast was

in a pod which was new, and fresh, great high pressure shower, and kitchen had all the facilities

using the kitchen equipment in the pod was fine, but the combination hob/oven/microwave is rather technically

wasn't anything really other than breakfast wasn't included in the s/c pods but is when you book a room

golfers double parking for friends and to much swearing for our liking in the bar this included a

the shaving light in the bathroom didn t work, too many noisey golf parties

wifi didn t seem to work too well

yet the hotel let you have room service food from them

way to much laundry scent on the sheets and pillows

was very convenient for my visit to the theatre christmas decorations were up giving the lobby & bar area a very

comfortable with an excellent meal in the bar in the evening and breakfast was fantastic

lack of parking

5am the lorry started emptying the containers and an hour later another laundry lorry came and been banging

laundry in pur room from previous occupant, broken fire sign outside room presenting a hazard to us

the bar area and food served was excellent

took a while for me to scan the bar code to get room service menu up but ordered

is ideal, room was lovely and we couldn t hear noises at night, wifi was really good

two pillows each one soft and one hard on each bed but my concern is this increases the amount of laundry

excellent location nice hotel early check in

getting our ev charged overnight at no extra cost was very beneficial

for the price including breakfast was great value the staff were very helpful and friendly and car parking in

the check in quick and easy the room had every thing we needed and the kids loved the view of the car park left

in room 19 which behind it is a court yard with the used laundry is kept was woken up at about 6 30 am with

arrival the first floor was littered with dirty laundry

price was excellent ,friendly staff at check in ,room was adequate comfy and clean, breakfast very good

i was lucky to have a early check in without any extra cost.

lovely bar and food area

bar, early morning laundry collection which was noisy but they kindly changed our room for us

a slightly better choice on room service would have been good but again due to the current circumstances i

the spa pool has disappeared

at the reception desk were cheerful and helpful, the breakfast crew and bar staff were all excellent

great location friendly staff good breakfast early check in

hardly any space to hang things, as it was already half full of extra towel and hairdryer and laundry admin

house keeping was due to bring this to us when delivery of laundry received but never arrived

no laundry arranged when i pushed them they took 3 days to finish one bag.

at night, loads of banging at 3am, presume it was someone doing the laundry or something

room was very cold and was next to a laundry room where a man kept walking back and forth past our window pushing

gym was poor

the gym facilities and the view from the restaurant/bar. the staff were lovely.

room service was poor and in experienced waiting staff
