there was wet laundry piled up in the main corridor to the rooms overnight

part of the spa facilities were under refurbishing so not useable

from the parking at the front of the hotel to the food was excellent

a bar with another in the dining room and staff always on hand

meal was good and served in the bar which had a super feel for our meal with a friend

staff at the hotel were fantastic with my kids and really tried hard to ensure we had everything we needed

seeing laundry being brought in thru the main doors in the morning

street parking available outside hotel on timed meters until 6pm

there wasn t room in the hotel s car park but we were provided with a card that gave us 2 hrs parking close

we ordered room service - the sticky toffee pudding was to die for

- people leave their towels on to then go for spa treatments or lunches - but most of us with kids are only

pets allowed so you hear dogs barking in rooms, the spa pool was luke warm, and no where near

food , quiet, tranquility, excellent gym, non racist staff, clean, courteous, the list endless
