i especially loved the beautiful view, the relaxing pool, and the excellent restaurant

excellent breakfast buffet. property is beautiful, great views, super comfortable beds

is average but not bad, the hotel doesn't have a spa (just room service), and the water goes out of the shower

the breakfast buffet offers food for all kinds of taste, is well prepared and nicely displayed

the first floor rooms are right next to the kitchen and laundry room, so that makes noise all morning

the bed was comfortable to sleep and we also liked the fact that they had drycleaning/laundry optiom for a good

our room (110) was next to the laundry and the staff started around 0730

the bed was really comfortable and breakfast was great

they have 2 pools, a jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, and a kids water area

the main pool is not climatized so it s cold. poor signal and wifi is not the best

some parts of the hotel need to be updated, carpet at the rotary bar was in very bad shape.

and it rained quite a lot, but we stayed at the property for the afternoon and enjoyed a little pool time, some

great glampings and ecohotels in guatape it is very expensive, they charge for everything: for room service

we had an american breakfast included in the price and the staff in the restaurant does not even bother to

the service from the staff at the restaurant and bar was amazing but overall it felt like the whatsapp messaging

not toddlers friendly, due to the architecture of the cabins you always have to be aware of your kids because

facilities are clean and amazingly speedy wifi

we woke up too late to get breakfast, but dinner the night before was phenomenal
