as we were on a 16-day trip with only carry-on luggage and a backpack, we planned on using their laundry service

we had about 6 days of laundry done for about 72 euros and clothes came back wrinkled, some were inside -out

it was wonderful to be able to send out laundry, not dry cleaning and have it back the next day

with period character features, very big room, huge wardrobes, with safe, robes & trouser press, laundry service

laundry service was also reasonable and prompt

breakfast was excellent, staff are so courteous and helpful and the room was spotless

never received a response to a question i submitted through this site about availability of laundry service

there were many cleaning/maintenance closets in the hallways that were constantly open with laundry bags and

also, i was told that laundry service was 20 euros

so some one in the kitchen needs to refresh thire haccp training
