room service didn't come and clean we said we would be an hour and come back 6 hours later and

small complaint ,only one lift working so took longer and staff laundry workers use same lift ,so space in lift

was really easy to check in and early check in is available for £10 which was great as i was meeting a friend

there was always dirty laundry in the lift left by the cleaners and was told its like that as its mainly for

a happy stay and the housing staff or cleaners are the best, polite,kind and very helpful, the bar had a good

30am so not good once the kids where awake

could be better soap options and the tv didn't work. but they had good wifi so just used tablet.

wifi needs urgent attention ,needs boosters put about the place ,no entertainment as stated in

kids absolutely loved the bunked beds

was lovely and ensured my granddaughter got some cereal and my son and i got got a drink from the bar free of
