wifi did not reach as far as our room (220) which made it very hard and frustrating as we booked

more atmosphere in the bar or maybe change the layout.

room service was strange, i had a cup of tea on my first night and rather than taking away the used

laundry service is very expensive, i would suggest adding a laundry room for hotel guests food in

a beautiful hotel and going for peace and quiet but was overshadowed by the kids swimming lessons that took over

helpful and nothing was any trouble she is an asset to the hotel also the lovely girl in bar who served us dinner

in a lot of 4* hotels in ireland and never get that extra touch ,from the receptionist to the bar and waiting

were extremely friendly rooms were very clean food was fresh and tasty a great place to stay with kids

staff really attentive. pool facilities great. bar food and breakfast selection very good.

more than one night, which is fine, in the current situation, i do think there should be an empty laundry bag

lessons during the day in the leisure centre as my youngest was going back and forward from the kids pool to

also there was a laundry room with washer and dryer (although the dryer door would not latch or put out any

large kitchen but not many utensils in there 3) the jacuzzi was broken for two days, only managed to

staircase, auditorium is fantastic for kids but also for sports fans

spa experience and the steakhouse next door were our highlights!

plenty of parking and elegant lounge with very attentive staff, and especially helpful night porter even

pool had a late opening time

and the breakfast was perfect, the dinners were also excellent, our

kitchen: no dish soap or laundry detergent

our bikes were stored overnight in the dirty laundry store

was no room service on sunday night, chefs finished at 9pm

there was nothing for the kids to do only walk ect everything was still closed bit disappointed

it was relaxing and quiet.. beside play ground for kids to sent some fun time..

i brought a bike, which they kindly stored in the laundry for me

kids were running riot around the hotel, one nearly knocked my elderly father over, although not

this seems to be caused by a lack of management, the restaurant and bar being run by kids, no disrespect to

residents bar breakfast was poor staff are just kids with no training

pricey, no in-house laundry/suit pressing, weather (not entirely knightsbrook fault!)

the website failed to mention that because of you know what, they didn t have a laundry service

lovely room, facilities excellent - room had tea and coffee-making facilities, wifi, bath

took me 3 times to try get into the room and the spa in the bath didn't work

parking - finding space was difficult

had no robes in room, asked for them , delivered in a plastic bag with laundry bar code on them

so peaceful - very few kids the walks, the bike hire, the pool all just fabulous

staff were so kind , especially the room service worker and the breakfast staff the hotel is immaculately kept

not ideal on a couple night away from kids
