kitchen: no dish soap or laundry detergent

our bikes were stored overnight in the dirty laundry store

wifi service quite poor, television service snowey with poor channel selection, horrible lift from

a wonderful spa experience with alisa she was wonderful and so gentle and there was no pressure to buy the

pillows were aweful. had to stand at doorway to use wifi

rooms, staff were extremely helpful & genuinely nice people, great breakfast & bar food, lots to do in the

bedding for kids bed could be a little better, we where handed large white bed sheets that where used for

parking slight problem.
