was perfect, car park very handy, great staff, lovely room and good self service breakfast

sign for door to request room service, asked at reception 3 times for a sign and for rubbish to be removed from

whole hotel is just a pleasure overall, room,breakfast,bed not 1 complaint from me, and will be staying again

it didn t have drambuie at the bar on this occasion, but that was a minor error.

i loved room service and the love the staff and housekeepers and bar staff all friendly

there was a noise pretty much all night, sounds like laundry or something similar, so the sleep wasn't comfortable

30am by banging when laundry was delivered

have to say the absolute best thing about the hotel was phil the pianist who plays in the piano bar beside the

we didn't have any problems with noise at all, kids and i slept great

was cold - there was a draft coming under the door laundry service was quite expensive for

rang laundry who hung up twice had to personally go and get new towels etc

were scuffed in many areas where the cleaning staff had collided with the woodwork with their laundry boxes

they had an on-site coin laundry

for housekeeping to make the beds and change the towels during our stay and that there were guest laundry

i had the choice of eating in the restaurant or ordering bar snacks

breakfast was always amazing with an excellent choice

town bus stop at bottom street an manx electric railway terminal 5 min walk didn't do food as kids abit mix of

worst bugbear was a very noisy factory/laundry

reception also helped us to arrange a laundry service which was really appreciated

old fashioned very warm and a lot of noise from bar/nightclub under neath hotel didn't cater for kids at dinner

noisy guests directly above us, kids running about from 05.30am

no hardship but it would have been nice had someone just done that (no extra laundry charge occurred for that

the hotel itself was ok, but constantly walked passed a henry cleaner, always laundry bags left in secondary

daily home made cakes and shortbread from the kitchen

the cooking smells coming from the kitchen below and size of room

the room we got was comfortable as i was travelling with kids

they had definitely been through the laundry but still looked a little

exceptionally good housekeeping staff, i had difficulty getting past the laundry trolley due to using a walking

meals didn't give you much choice so had to eat out every night, the room next to us had ordered room service

me and the kids love using the pool the food is great and i also liked the chicken schnitzel with the rosti

the sea view. the meals, the gym, swimming pool, the large lounge area to meet and chat . . . .

a beautiful suite with a beautiful view and very useful facilities (such as gym and laundry room)

the workout room and laundry were a nice surprise

we enjoy our time in the hotel, with a little and confortable kitchen, we have graet days in the town house

no bath in our room ,only shower. nothing wrong with that only like to have bath for the kids.

property was lovely and clean, comfortable beds and the breakfast and bar snacks were excellent

bed was a little hard. room service is available but not breakfast to room.
