waldorf astoria punta cacique is a beautiful resort, the pools and the grounds are gorgeous and the rooms are

layout in some areas, to access the pool from our building you had to exit through the teenage kids club and

the restaurant service was slow and the poolside service was also slow and not very attentive

there is a laundry mat, (around 5 blocks away) whose owner loves what she does

we used their laundry service (same-day), i got a pedicure (scheduled same-day), and they even scheduled rapid

wifi was spotty at times in the room, but that just reminded me to get off my phone and get to the

heidi in the spa was very good

my opinion they should consider having a kids pool separate from the main pool, that way you can fully enjoy

enough shade for the sun loungers especially as one side of the pool wanted to charge extra for the shady beds

food was not great considering the price hit/miss on dishes although some were good, quality of room service

is a louder main pool which was less interesting for us but there s another much quieter pool area so not a

we liked the transportation service because we were able to enjoy the bar without worries of driving back to

furthermore the beach is not very nice, the spa is overpriced and you can only use the sauna if you book one

shout out to the kids club team, coffee shop team and jarrett at the pool bar for always welcoming us and asking

the property is beautiful and the golf cart service was very usefull, also the shuttle service inside peninsula

we also had a charge from the spa that we never used

took one hour and 5-7 calls to guest services to get guidance on how to send our clothes to the laundry and for

the spa it's awesome

resort is located on the beach which was nice, but it s also right next-door to a public parking lot that

it was impossible to sleep, we had two kids with us and wound up leaving the hotel (and getting no refund) a

very clean and big room very centrally to tamarindo with a parking.
