laundry clean but stained

i thought the laundry room was a little dirty

i booked a nonsmoking room but got a smoking.

neighbors were a little loud at night yelling at each other and loud music while parking their vehicle next to

hotel seemed to be in construction, and there were supplies stacked all around the hotel, in the parking lot,

the big breakfast from ms. jackie,inside laundry and exercise room

i can t wait till the pool is renovated! i love your indoor pool.

pool room chemicals were so strong you could not stay long without getting a headache.

the pool was way to cold

loved the pool,breakfast, and size of the room!

it is not pet friendly

phone couldn't find the wifi to connect

starters parking was horrible , we had to park on the other side of th hotel and walk around to the other

we stay here every year in december because we travel with a pet

but between the unkempt swimming pool (not open yet and it was mid-may- but still a cess pool) and what appeared

the laundry room facilities didn't work i spend my money for nothing

guest laundry was out of service even though i was assured at check-in it was in working order

pool area does not have any shaded area for you to relax by the pool out of the direct sunlight

location, access, parking, cleanliness we're very good. staff friendly and attentive.

we wanted to wash laundry but the hotel could not provide us change

more handicap parking needed

amazing breakfast selection, they went all out for breakfast

the parking lot was even very clean

pool needed to be set at a warmer temp for inside
