minor flaw was the room was close to the laundry room

for a book in the room that would tell me anything about features in the hotel even if only laundry but there

had piles of laundry and garbage, which was left there over night

i had to go to the laundry for more towels with the representative and take them by myself to the room

walking by the laundry room was also the smell which traveled down the hall

when in the bathroom in our room; the staff came in the room to get the towels for laundry

dryer in guest laundry was out of order

only the next day when the laundry lady arrives at 9:00 am we would be able to get it

washing machine in the laundry facility did not work

my kids loved the breakfast buffet a few options to pick from so that was great.
