wet towels (obviously supplied wet by the laundry contractors)

our room was at the end of the corridor next to the fire exit and there was a laundry truck on the fire escape

it was pet friendly and our travel cot was made up on arrival

the wifi signal was as strong as the one i have in home, i would definitely recommend this hotel to

looked like a laundry factory with all of the dirty bedding piled along the corridor and the previous guests

i know we re trying to save on washing of laundry but giving a guest paying 120 for a night a towel with

room was above the laundry room

i'd happily return, especially with my friends for a spa day, as the facilities and surroundings were very

20 on bank holiday monday by the laundry service banging and clattering the cages for over 20

very friendly and helpful and were able to accommodate a late check out for both rooms which enabled us to get

free wifi and carpark

loved the personal touch re pet friendly, made to feel very welcome with dog

the location and the bar and the room was really nice and comfortable. i recommend for sure...

we didn t get our room service the day before we checked out. towels had holes in them .

wifi in my room, hard to be connected (but it might be only in the room i had)

parking was ample even thought there were two wedding parties
