outside our rooms were piles of dirty laundry and plates with left over stale smelly food that we had to walk

arrived for check in and our room was ready but we had climb over some dirty laundry towels and cleaning stuff

we went back outside and a gentleman in the corridor told us that the laundry had been delivered late but he

upon speaking with the staff member we where told we couldn't check in the now due to no fresh laundry being

place is amazing and i've felt alot happier staying here then some over priced city hotel with a pool that looks

quiet and ample parking

plenty of parking and good food in the restaurant which was served by a great team that seemed to enjoy being

parking is also good at the hotel

the main room and adjoining room for the kids were both of a good size

continental breakfast met our ecpectations

but disabled access was full of laundry bags

very friendly and helpful staff. great view! good wifi in rooms.

the hotel also has a snug and nicely stocked bar and a italian restaurant attached

good location, welcoming staff , great wifi at a decent price.

we were even woken up by room service at 8:45 am when check out is at 11am

was phenomenal tea coffee with early birds tweeting ud83dude00 peaceful home safe in hygiene laundry facilities

had problems connecting to the wifi, but that could have my limited knowledge of computers!

very pleasant stay, excellent breakfast

too short a stay, parking at times difficult even though fairly considerable parking grounds

it was very clean room was perfect spacious car parking breakfast was lovely

the lack of a laundry service meant we had to look elsewhere to freshen up our clothing.

couldn't get wifi at all asked staff to help but no luck.

before arrival, communications were excellent with them doing their best to sort an early check in/ luggage

even room service available for anything you want

the shower could've had a bit more power, couldn't get the tv to work, wifi was a bit dodgy!

i found out on this trip that i could do laundry which was a big bonus

position of room looked out over laundry collection. window catch broken/loose.

and since you offer laundry service a washing machine that doesn t take several hours to do one load

would have liked to find some sort of laundry room / facility
