laundry and location

the store is always fully stocked with everything you may need from laundry needs, to toiletries, to food,,

location was great for my needs and staff / gym / laundry center excellent.

absolutely love that the washers and dryers are free, it can often be difficult to do laundry when travelling

are clean, bed is comfy, free laundry and fast wi-fi

pool was warm and nice last step of the long way.

only 2 handicap parking spaces one of which was not accessible as staff had parked own car over this and adjacent

they had roaches on the wall in the restroom & in the kitchen area

pool can be a little warm but it can just be the texas heat

swimming pool was so rough it made the bottom of your feet sore

i walk off i go up to my room of course the key doesn't work so i have to go back i banged on the laundry room

laundry was $5 per load and the washing machine was the slowest one i ve ever encountered

parking is great.

eat any breakfast to give my opinion on that

the breakfast could have been better not enough variety and not enough parking space

were next to the laundry room and when the dryer was on our room smelled like burnt hair

the location was good food and laundry places all around us.

staff was very helpful and friendly ,i was really impressed with wifi access, and the on site laundry came in

also their laundry machine's

due to covid-19 the pool was closed and no breakfast. but that was for the customers safety.

i ended up having to go downstairs and get laundry bags to put in the trash cans myself

laundry was at the end of the hall on the 2nd floor, and only 1 washer and 1 drier.

chose a smoking room because my husband smokes, the only negative is that the room smelled of stale smoke

pet friendly

fleas was in room and long pet hair was on bed

non-smoking room (#154) that i requested smelled like smoke

lots of lighting in parking lot , and my dog stays free

he offered me complimentary laundry detergent and a snack

the pool is fixed up now

pool and my sisters refrigerator was leaking.

the breakfast needs improvement.

expected a better breakfast.

the room was nice. so was the staff. son really enjoyed the pool.

the room was clean, the staff was nice, and breakfast was great. a nice value for 150 dollars.

it feels like home with the furnishings. free laundry.

really wish reviews mentioned the following: the pool was really small, 5 ft was the deepest
