air was a little hard to regulate in our room, but we had 3 adults and 2 kids so that could have played part

in the room for the mornings to start with an excellent continental breakfast (included) available every morning

there were also other teams staying there as well, so laundry was difficult to get done

also i wish there was laundry service on site for wet pool clothes

room, while extremely large (king room w spa bathroom), was older and had a very musty smell

2 of the main reasons we booked this hotel was the full service laundry advertised and the jetted tub

believe the pool should be an outdoor pool rather than inside or make the water a tad bit warmer if they wish
