temperature of the swimming pool was cold & the shower water was boiling & we weren't able to adjust it

although there was a shower attachment, you couldn't have a proper shower. no wifi in the room.

fabulous dinner and first class breakfast

room was excellent big comfy bed and large duvet, the breakfast menu was extensive and the food delicious

place and the friendliness of all the staff we interacted with from the reception to the celler bar and restaurant

a communication issue regarding room service but was resolved.

swimming pool changing rooms need a bit of love!

the gym, swimming pool, sauna and steam room were great all extremely clean

facilities were excellent, particularly the golf course and leisure centre (*gym & pool)

behind the bar was lovely and professional

was served in the bar area and sadly the service was not really as good as previous visits

there was ample parking, it is a modern hotel with great wifi.

i arrived at 22:15 after a long day my room had not been cleaned and i found the dirty laundry of the previous

the room and with the window open it was extremely noisy during the night and especially when the laundry delivery

cleaness, not functioning ac and shower, late housekeeping, clothes failed to be sent for laundry

the fire door was blocked by laundry cages, and after this was reported they was still there sunday and monday

unfortunately this door was used for laundry delivery or something, we were woken early and they didn't seem

also sadly no room service menu in the room, or i d have ordered for sure

good customer service from thierry, betty and the australian night manager and the bar tender and waitress where

amazing service, a lovely bar and conservatory with a log burner to chill out next too

friendly staff and early check in.

the bar area is really contemporary and was buzzing on the saturday evening we visited and certainly

have appreciated: a box of tissues in room; a common tap in the sink; anti-skid bathmat & grab bar in slippery

on the small side for business travel as not enough space for me to work and to eat (when i had room service)

although there was a small con with my laundry initially someone forgot to send it to the laundrette this

they had no towels, issue with laundry.

parking near the hotel is hit and miss, but free for as long as you want once you find a space.

only downside of the hotel was the parking but the hotel paid for us to park in the public car park down the

very comfortable beds,large bedroom. excellent buffet breakfast.
