very vlean and quiet hotel. close to freeway,easy on easy off. great breakfast.

but you are in a 24hour casino hotel

after being in car all day our kids just wanted to swim for a couple hours before bed but it closes for kids

room was large, clean, and the window looked out over the casino floor

parking was very hard find

so basically, we had only 1 restaurant to go to during our stay and the kids were disappointed because they

like the fact of staff dropping down dirty sheets from used rooms on the first floor into the laundry bin that

i was disappointed about them not serving breakfast as was supposed to be included but we worked around it

comfortable beds and room temperature; adequate parking and guest area

great location to the casinos

spotty wifi; no extra towels as requested; no late check out

quiet for the most part, guest laundry, kind staff, and large spacious rooms.

late check out option for an added fee is nice

extended check-out, staff, clean, fast wifi, shampoo and shower gel dispenser, smoking, huge

parking spots were tight for larger vehicles

pool closed, spa closed, signature restaurant closed, wifi was spotty at best but still got charged bogus

i was put in a smoking ud83dudeac floor/room,and was not what i reserved,the room was a $300+ night room,and

the spa was absolutely fantabulous

i would have liked to see the buffet opened all days and the bar opened all the time.

laundry room was closed due to covid

had to walk through the pool area, up the elevator and then down a long hallway to our room

the pool and fitness room were closed

plenty of parking that's it this hotel is nasty

covid19 caused a lot of issues that would not be fair if asserted these issues as if the hotel or casino was at

loud banging from laundry room pipes woke us early in the am

should probably not advertise the pool

there were a few places where to get some foods and there are some parking spaces, which is good for some of

great side area for pets as well

the pet charge is $20.00 extra (not mentioned on internet)

tub was nasty, sheets had burns, and we could not get clean towels because they were behind on laundry

i wish there are a few more laundry machines.

did not trust the wifi

pool was dirty (algae growing on sides foreign object at bottom of pool) there were patio tables

parking was tight

breakfast and toiletries were amazing

breakfast was delicious and i appreciated all of the covid precautions they took

decent pool, and it was open

good hot breakfast - clean spacious room. wifi that actually worked.

friendly staff, comfortable bed, great location and loved the breakfast.
