stayed two nights no one came to changed the bed didn't bring clean towels we reserved a none smoking they gave

some way, sheets were stained, smelled stale, and had cigarette holes (even though it was a non-smoking room,

also, pool towels were never stocked each time we went swimming

there was what seemed to be pet waste on the floor of the elevator when we checked in and it was still there

don't know if the pool was being clean i didn't smell like chlorine that was the only thing that i could think
