i reserved a king no smoking

booked a king non smoking room and was given a double that reeked of probably decades of cigarette smoke

detectors weren t in the room and the room was a smoking room

it smelled like cigarettes in my room even tho it was non smoking

breakfast was nice

room had a funny smell to it and breakfast was less than mediocre.

the breakfast was the worst i ve ever had.

the pool was not clean.

it was very clean and very welcoming!!! the breakfast was 10/10 very delicious.

great location. rooms were very large. breakfast was great.

my kids loved the indoor pool, especially since it was open until 11

semi tractor trailers being parked in the parking lot sideways where regular cars are permitted to park the

overhead light was out. bathroom door wouldn't latch. ice and laundry on 3rd floor inop

there is one that is so much better and they have ice on all floors, and do not charge for doing laundry

all in all was ud83dudc4d no working ice machine on main floor and laundry room musty from water leak

superbowl television channel was not working at the time, and there were no laundry facility available for guests

dirty bathroom, filthy laundry/ice area. advertised pool now a landfill.

there are little kids playing and screaming outside of my room in the parking lot

i had non smoking room and beds wasn t bad, sheets were clean( no bugs)

stayed two nights no one came to changed the bed didn't bring clean towels we reserved a none smoking they gave

we loved the indoor pool and gym

parking area was extremely inclined making it hard for handicapped individuals, though it was very

a hot breakfast was welcome. coffee was delicious! enjoyed the gym.
