in the morning i had a delicious breakfast but most enjoyable of all, was having a pleasant conversation with

superb breakfast. multi tasking receptionist, bar maid and breakfast waitress

boutique hotel they did our laundry, book nail appointment, provided maps and

i arrived at the hotel @ 11 am and had laundry i was hoping they could take

bath in room, light coming through blackout curtains, offered room service one day at 4:30pm too late

the kitchen was quite small with only two dining chairs, which made it difficult with four people

not good, looked like it had been lying around the kitchen for a couple of hours and then heated up and served

the staff was also incredibly helpful, answering questions, helping me find a spot to do laundry (they had

(not easy when you have 4 young kids)breakfast and bar food where excellent

wouldn't recommend it a place to stay with kids

special shout out to aishling in the lyric bar where we stopped for a few drinks before going out

for kids are even a flyer what would be good to attend outside off the hotel other than that not a

brought in gl foods for breakfast, helped with laundry and researching transportation

liam and cam did our laundry while we were out for the day

it's clean, has free onsite parking, a common dining room, kitchen and laundry

also great benefit for us being able to do laundry for small cost

glass of prosecco on arrival was a lovely touch as was chocolates and biscuits for kids

we booked a room with a sofa bed for our kids, but its placement right at the entrance made the layout very

both days there was a large laundry trolley parked in our hallway which we needed to squeeze past

i liked the burger night deal in the restaurant on the tuesday. not really a hotel for kids.

leisure centre, great kids menu (not the usual rubbish of chips plus eggs/sausages/nuggets etc

the food, breakfast, location (good for parties) most of the rooms are apartment style like a kitchen living

a little cooler than some other hotels but the kids had a ball and didn't want to leave

there is a small kids pool which is totally safe meaning i can get a swim in the big pool too

well looked after, location was perfect, parking was easy, facilities like the pool and spa -

the smoke alarm tho it was broken when we arrived the staff was so rude because we didn t need room service

the cocktails in the bar were not too good we love cocktails so this was disappointing

modern facilities, we stayed in courtyard room, absolutely beautiful, loved the massive bath and kitchen

music in the bar not even a radio playing

next time we will visit the spa as i heard some great reviews about how relaxing it was
