pool wasn t for kids and i had a very excited kid for a swim

decor, great scent, friendly staff, fast and early room service, lovely food and

breakfast was very good, from buffet style, to order from the menu

the room was lovely and cleaning breakfast was lovely in the morning staff are friendly

wellness- nothing better than spending time in the pool or two saunas after a cold windy day gym - spacious,

the hotel's fault perhaps, but i used the free wifi which was 'unlocked' and it would seem some external person

what's not to like??? brilliant location ,great helpful staff great parking and fantastic food

bit of traffic noise if you're a light sleeper wifi isn't

the wifi didn't work in the rooms only down fall of the stay.

honestly i don t think i should have been charged for staying in a freezing cold room with 2 kids

asked for rooms close together for my kids and they accommodated us straight away nothing was too much trouble

the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating when we requested an early check in

staff reluctant to give 2nd room key so my husband could leave room while i stayed with kids

i arrived at the hotel @ 11 am and had laundry i was hoping they could take

boutique hotel they did our laundry, book nail appointment, provided maps and

not good, looked like it had been lying around the kitchen for a couple of hours and then heated up and served

floors with bathroom, bedroom and a small living area on the first floor and a second bedroom and kitchen upstairs

you could get - from the pancakes to the eggs bens it won t be beaten - cocktails in the bar best in the city

brought in gl foods for breakfast, helped with laundry and researching transportation

it's clean, has free onsite parking, a common dining room, kitchen and laundry

liam and cam did our laundry while we were out for the day

also great benefit for us being able to do laundry for small cost

bedrooms are on the small side but you are in the centre of town, on site parking, great wifi , theresa a

breakfast lovely & nice quiet location

finally, i ordered room service as a treat and

like most of the accommodation in ireland wifi network is unsecured. was a bit noisy

secure parking and a nice surprise was laundry for 4 pounds/load

30am, 17min walk into town, heating, good wifi, a small dog on site (cat is outside) and a family run business

my friend with me is a vegan, however she was in no way disappointed by the array of breakfast on offer

we got spa treatments and the lady was so lovely and the treatments were absolutely fantastic

nothing was too much trouble from when our flight was delayed and we arrived at 1am to arranging late check

great family run hotel, v clean, great staff and lovely breakfast. setting also beautiful

(the nearby letterkenny golf club was very good as well

both days there was a large laundry trolley parked in our hallway which we needed to squeeze past

i used the laundry service and everything worked out well

our room was generously spacious, the breakfast was first class and parking for our motorcycles was ideal

clean the swimming pool is great for the kids and the room was a great size for all 6 of us as in other hotels

had an issue with wifi on the day we arrived but it was rectified quickly

loved the gym and pool facilities, kept us entertained

unfortunately where our room (119) was located we were subject to laundry trolleys rumbling past our room

my room to check out, the cleaning trolley was blocking the corridor together with bundles of laundry which i

the car park was intimidating with kids hanging around the stairwells

you had to pay extra for room service... but in the end i didn t use it

booked for 2adults and 2 kids and expected the usual double bed and 2 singles for kids (maybe even pull out

our rainy day in was comfortable and restful with the nibbles from dunnes across the way room service was quick

the breakfast is brilliant! and the staff and room service were excellent also

shops, cinema, theatre, pubs, restaurants, bingo and plenty of parking

was packed, great atmosphere, there was a big dunnes right across the road from the hotel and the bars and

biggest concern was a lack of disabled parking

allow us a slightly later check out with seemed extreme as one adult showering and dressing three kids plus

a steep walk from carpark though you could drive car to main door at reception to unload before parking

so much , been there way back in the 1980’s as we had a mobile home nearby and used to go to kids discos there
